Smoked Beech wood sea salt
This exceptional sea salts come from the Missolonghi basin, a natural area in the north-west of Greece. The smoking, 100% natural, is carried out cold with beech wood for 140 hours. Its aroma is deep and intense and its golden color is unique.
Ideal for decorating meats and vegetables. It is also very popular with vegetarians for its smokey flavour. Try it on a mozzarella di Buffala, on your boild egg or why not on salmon, you will be surprised!
