Annette Klein Bog is an enthusiastic world traveller & founder of Global Affairs. 

Global Affairs is working with small scale producers on a fair trade principle, based on dialogue, transparency and mutual respect. The artisans and suppliers are based in Peru, Sri Lanka, India and China. Most of the products are handmade and the collection consists of cuddle toys (knitted, stitched and woven fabrics), fashion and hair accessories for children and felt decorations. 

Most of the artisans are women based in rural areas, where they can care for their families at home while doing handcrafted toys. Many work on their farms during harvest season and for the suppliers for the rest of the year. This provides them with a year-round income to support themselves and their families. Global Affairs works with certified suppliers only.
